STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- Applicability of Terms
The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if such terms are established after these standard terms and conditions of sale. Any deviation from these terms must be expressly agreed upon in advance and in writing to be valid. - Payment Terms
- Unless otherwise indicated on the invoice or order, all invoices are payable within 21 working days.
- In the event of non-payment by the due date, Verity One Ltd. reserves the right to charge interest at a fixed rate of 10% of the outstanding amount.
- Verity One Ltd. may suspend the provision of services without prior notice in the case of late payments.
- Debt Recovery
- If payment remains overdue for more than sixty (60) days from the due date, Verity One Ltd. reserves the right to engage a debt recovery service.
- Any legal expenses incurred during the debt recovery process will be borne entirely by the client.
- Tax Withholdings
- Certain jurisdictions may apply withholding taxes on invoice amounts as per their internal legislation.
- The client is responsible for paying such withholding taxes directly to their local tax authorities. Verity One Ltd. will not assume responsibility for any costs or withholdings arising from a client’s local regulations. The invoice amount owed to Verity One Ltd. must be paid in full, excluding any deductions for local tax laws.
- Performance and Obligations
- Verity One Ltd. will make every effort to provide services in accordance with agreed timelines and to deliver quality performance. However, no obligations shall be considered as "results-guaranteed."
- Verity One Ltd. shall not be required to act as a third party or be involved in any claims for damages initiated by an end consumer against the client.
- Claims and Notifications
- All claims must be submitted in writing via recorded delivery to Verity One Ltd.’s registered office in Cheyenne, WY.
- Claims must be received within eight (8) days of the delivery of goods or provision of services to be considered valid.
- Governing Law
- All contractual relations and disputes shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the United States, with Wyoming as the applicable jurisdiction.
